Returns & Refunds

30-Day Returns for Faulty or Damaged Items
We stand behind our products. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@corerecoverskin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or faulty item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return and next steps.

Replacement or Refund
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the returned item has been assessed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Change of Mind Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind unless the item is faulty. If you have any concerns, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist.
